FHE

The kids, especially Alan, have really been wanting to go camping in the mountains, but with Scott taking the bar exam soon, and me being sick ALL THE TIME, there really just hasn't been a good opportunity. So, to make it up to them, we went up Provo Canyon tonight and roasted hot dogs. A good time was had by all. While Scott built the fire, the kids and I hunted for firewood and threw rocks in the river.

Then we came back up to start cooking. Logan stayed in that stroller for about 2 seconds. He had a blast running around hitting things with sticks, throwing rocks, trying to pick up bugs, and licking trees.

Alan ate 3 hot dogs and was very proud of himself for using the potty in the woods like a big boy...only don't tell him that he's a big boy, because he's a little Alan boy.

Then we had to throw a few more rocks in the river before heading home.

What a great, fun FHE; I'm glad you finally got into the mountains. We hope to do the same thing soon!
Love always,
